Planning and realisation go hand in hand in our company. We consider the later process design even during the development of high-quality components and products. The layout of the production lines and processes is also closely linked to the design and development of the products. With this synergistic link between design and production, we are able to optimally realise all product requirements during production and testing.
We develop the applied production means, such as injection moulding tools and assembly devices / automation for the individual product specifically and precisely with long-standing experience. In doing so we take all requirements and demands for high-quality and stable large clean room series production into account (ISO 14644-1, Class 8). This permanently ensures constant quality.
The processes are monitored and constantly improved in the scope of our quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485.
