In 1989, the busy engineer Hans-Jürgen Forberg quit his permanent job to found LOGICA Medizintechnik GmbH. Now he was finally able to implement his ideas according to his imagination. The founding team, which consisted of just a handful of employees, worked hard. Everyone had to lend a hand. The boss himself also spent days in production to get the assembly machines up and running.
In 2012, a new chapter in the history of LOGICA Medizintechnik GmbH began when Mr. Forberg handed over management to his daughter Anne. Under her leadership, the company has continuously developed and today has around 125 employees.
Anne Forberg has a clear vision for the future: She wants to use digitalization to make company processes as intuitive and user-friendly as using her iPhone. She is aware that the increasing demands of customers can only be met if all employees pull together. For her, a functioning quality management system is inextricably linked to the company culture. Every employee is encouraged to take responsibility, which explains the high level of motivation of the LOGICA team.
What has remained from the early years? Certainly, the pioneering spirit, the pragmatism and the mentality of rolling up our sleeves and tackling problems. These values, combined with modern company management and innovative ideas, allow LOGICA to look to a successful future with confidence.
